Season 10 (Sept.-June) Preliminary Schedule (see below) – Classes start Mon, Sept. 9.

July 29-31 – Season 10 – Red Carpet Re-Enrollment (for Season 9 students only) **MDC dancers will automatically be added to their respective team choreography classes, so please register for their favorite recreational classes.

August 1 – Season 10 Open Enrollment *For Season 9 Summer Families and all other incoming New Families. Welcome!

If your desired classes are full when you go to register, please ADD your dancer to the WAIT LISTS. We will open new classes based off of the wait lists and WANT to get your dancer dancing with us for Season 10!

Only the $35 Non-Refundable Registration Fee will be due at the time of Online Registration for Season 10 classes. Tuition for classes will not be due until Sept. 5 via Auto Pay. Changes can be made prior to Sept. 5, via email info@smactac.com
CLASS LEVELS:
*Our Levels begin at age 8 (or by invitation by an instructor/studio director).
**For returning students, please use CURRENT CLASS LEVEL as a guide when enrolling for Summer Classes. Your instructors will let you know if you should move to a more advanced level for Summer though the Student Evaluations (distributed in May). Thank you.
Level 1 = Basic
Level 1 is for the absolute beginner with no previous dance experience.
Level 2 = Beginner
Level 2 is for someone with less than 2 years experience.
Level 3 = Intermediate
Level 3 is for someone with 2+ years expereince at an intermediate level.
Level 4 = Advanced
Level 4 is for someone with 4+ years consecutive advance dance training.
**Unlike a typical school-setting, students may remain in a level for a few years OR may be moved into a more advanced level prior to the set age-guidelines, if the instructor feels the student is ready not only in maturity, but also in skill.
We do our best to find the BEST class fit for your child. We would much rather promote a child when they are ready to advance, than have to demote them after they’ve been added to an inappropriate class level, before they are ready. This process can take some time (especially if you’re new to SMAC or your dancer falls between levels). We thank you for your patience while we determine which class level is most appropriate for your dancer.

Note: Classes, Dates and Times are subject to change/cancellation. **A new 24/25 Season 10 signed registration form/waiver will be required before returning to in-person classes at SMAC of any kind. **Space is limited in each class to provide a safe and healthy experience as well as the highest level of instruction possible for each child. Sign your kiddo up quickly, before classes fill up!
