We generally follow the Tacoma Public School District Calendar for holiday closures. If you attend a school district outside of TPSD, please let us know if your child will be missing class (for example, a different Spring Break, etc.).

• OPEN – Halloween – October 31, 2026
• OPEN – Veterans’ Day – November 11, 2026
• CLOSED – Thanksgiving Holidays – November 25 – 28, 2026
• The Nutcracker & Move! An MDC Showcase – Holiday Performance – Saturday, December 19, 2026
• CLOSED – Winter Holidays –  December 21, 2026 to January 2, 2027
• OPEN – Martin Luther King, Jr Day – January 18, 2027
• OPEN – Presidents’ Day – February 15, 2027
• CLOSED – Spring Break – April 5 – 10, 2027
• CLOSED – Memorial Day Weekend – May 28-31, 2027
• Last Day of Dance Class – Saturday, June 12, 2027
• *2027 June Recital Week – Monday, June 14 – Sunday, June 20. **Includes Dress Rehearsals & Recitals. Please reserve this week for our annual June Recitals. Dates subject to change, based on venue availability.
